Fresh – it is important to us that all food is fresh and from the Franconian region.
Healthy – we always offer a varied selection of healthy meals and salads.
Sustainable – supporting small businesses from the local area is a major concern for us. In order to minimize plastic waste, we sell our drinks in glass bottles.
Homemade – the herbs, berries and some of the vegetables come right from our herbal garden in the institute’s courtyard.
We provide our researchers and colleagues with a daily optional and healthy breakfast. For lunch we serve different menus with a selection of fresh meat, vegetarian or vegan choices. You have the option of adding a salad from our salad bar or a freshly prepared dessert with berries from our own garden. We pay a lot of attention to the wishes of our colleagues and try to serve them a range of varying and always fresh choices.
