In my project I’m using iSCAT microscopy for tracking single proteins in living cells and tissue. Special focus is put on proteins’ acting in Wnt signaling, one of the main signaling pathways during vertebrate embryogenesis. Revealing the dynamics within this pathway shall help gaining more insights into associated diseases and developmental defects.
