The event is aimed at an audience with a technical or scientific background in light science. Each lecture will be followed by an informal reception, offering the opportunity to meet and ask questions of the lecturer.

The first lecture of the series will be given on November 7th by Professor Atac Imamoglu from ETH Zurich. His topic is "Many-body optical excitations in solid-state systems".
