YES (your-expandable-skill)-courses

IMPRS-PM

1) Advanced laboratory courses: basic skills will be taught in the form of traditional practical laboratory courses with pre-conceived experiments and equipment.
accompanied by a written report and followed by a discussion in the next TAC meeting

2a) Laboratory rotations: to become familiarized with research methods, techniques and models. These one-week rotations take place on a rolling basis, where different PI labs can be chosen. One lab rotation should take place in the lab of the second advisor, as this is the one from a different research field (physics versus biology / medicine).
accompanied by a written report and followed by a discussion with the PI responsible for the lab rotation

2b) Follow the Doc module: a clinical rotation where natural scientists will experience daily medical practice by shadowing medical doctors during their work with patients in the hospital and laboratory settings.
accompanied by a written report and followed by a discussion with the PI responsible for the module
