YES-course: Basic Imaging

The course took place from 24.09. to 26.06. at the Optical Imaging Competence Centre (OICE) at FAU.
During the workshop the students learned:
- Basic theory of fluorescence confocal imaging
- Basic sample preparation (three colours) on fixed and live cells
- Features and imaging on a Leica CLSM for fixed samples
- Features and imaging on a Zeiss Spinning Disc LSM for live samples
