YES-course: The bioinformatics analysis of bulk RNASeq data (copy 1)

The course took place from April 14-16, 2026 at the Universitätsklinikum Erlangen (UKER).

During the workshop the students received an overview of the biological and technical background of the bulk RNA-seq technology, got practical tips about the experimental design, and learned more about the RNA-seq analysis pipeline as well as the downstream analysis steps of the resulting data. Theoratical teaching was followed by a hands-on session in which the students explored and performed the different analysis pipeline steps on the workshop computers in RStudio. All steps, result files and the used computer code were described.
