Open Day - FAU meets IMPRS
On April 25th our second „FAU meets IMPRS”-Event took place in the Foyer of the Max Planck Institute for the Science of Light. We invited interested FAU Bachelor and Master students from the fields of Physics, Medical Engineering, Molecular Medicine and Integrated Life Sciences (ILS), to whom we wanted to introduce our two graduate schools IMPRS Physics of Light (IMPRS-PL) and IMPRS Physics and Medicine (IMPRS-PM).
All students had the opportunity to join a poster session and lab tours with many of our IMPRS students after an introductory talk from our IMPRS-PL spokesperson, Prof. Florian Marquardt. The students were able to discuss scientific topics and get to know each other while enjoying snacks and drinks.
A big thank you again to all helpers that day. We are already looking forward to next year´s event!
