MPL researcher Maximilian Eiche, who is part of the research group of Jona Kayser, has been awarded a scholarship from the Marianne-Plehn-Program. It allows recipients of a scholarship from the German Academic Scholarship Foundation to combine that 50% position with an additional 25% position. Maximilian Eiche had already secured himself the prestigious scholarship from the Foundation in 2022.

The Marianne-Plehn-Program, carried out in cooperation with Bavarian scientific institutions, promotes the networking of the fellows within Bavaria and offers further qualification opportunities for their current and future tasks and challenges. Furthermore, the ideal program of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation as well as the cross-network offers of the Elite Network of Bavaria are open to them.
