Equal Opportunities at MPL

The Max Planck Society and each of its institutes promote employees regardless of gender, nationality, religion, disability, age, cultural origin and sexual identity. World-leading research, carried out by employees from many different backgrounds, requires an environment in which diversity is understood and respected.

The Gender Equality Officer supports MPL’s management in fulfilling the statutory gender equality mandate and assisting all MPL staff in a trustworthy, advisory and conflict-solving capacity regarding issues related to equal opportunities and specific problems.
