IMPRS Block Lectures

We had the pleasure of listening to two wonderful lectures from the pioneer in microscopy Colin Sheppard, who was visiting MPL this week. He told us everyhing about the history of microscopy and its development. Besides, he also gave us a thorough insight into his own research which proved to be very interesting for a large number of scientists at MPL, who work in the area of microscopy as well.
